General RoleReporting to the Operations Manager/ Store Manager, the role of the Operations Associate is to support the sales team to provide exceptional service to our clients. The Operations associate ensures an optimal management of the store stock, performing all physical and system product flows (incoming and outgoing) ensuring stock is constantly accurate and well-organized, in strict respect of the Group procedures. The Operations Associate coordinates After Sales Services, including customer communication and repair management.Main responsibilitiesEnsures stock is accurate, organized and controlled.Assists and prepares for all physical inventory counts and cycle counts and their reconciliationsConducts shipping and receiving activity, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Administer daily replenishment systems and processesSupport sales team to follow up and clear items on hold and with floor and entrance activitiesPerformes POS cashier activitiesLiases with third party vendors, corporate office and building to ensure routine and one time needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Assists with chedules for third party providers including security, maintenance and preventative maintenance (if applicable) and holt renfrewAssists with store maintenance to Company standards. Leads seamless functioning of all operational processes and equipment, security system, utilities, housekeeping and cleaning. Ensures adequate functioning of all systems and IT equipmentCoordination and follow up of the after sales process and workflow to meet and exceed Hermes standards, including local and repairs to France, aftersales policies and communication with customersComplies with and supports all operational policies and procedures including implementing, training and communicating policies in a timely manner.
