The group currently employs 110,000 people worldwide, including nearly 2,400 in its headquarters in Marseilles.THE ROLEAs a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst, you are responsible for solutions owned and monitored by the Security Operations team, performing configuration, maintenance, and security risk assessment, and dealing with worldwide compliances.RESPONSIBILITIES:For this, you will have to:Act as an expert and review constantly the configuration on Endpoint Security, PKI; Email Security; Microsoft Security Tools, WAF, IPS, Privilege Access ManagementWork with the Lead Security specialist on maintenance and evolution of our systemsCapacity to identify and define system security requirementsSupport investigation on security breaches and other cyber security incidents with the SOCParticipate as a security expert with the SOC on investigations and troubleshooting of problemsProvide 2nd level support, including evaluation, consulting, and solution implementationUse a ticket system to respond to user requests and escalate if necessaryPerform cybersecurity monitoring and Vulnerability ManagementWork across teams to promote company security standardsPrepare and document standard operating procedures and guidesConsolidate information in reports for metricsStay up to date on information technology trends and security standardsQUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE:Must have:5 years of experience in information technology and the security domainAdvanced knowledge Endpoint security, IPS, WAF, Microsoft Security tools andEmail SecurityReady to work on shifts and provide 24/7 supportExperienced in risk assessment and bring a good knowledge of tools, technologies, and methodsGood understanding of standards, regulations, and laws like NIST, GDPR, ISOAble to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid themYou are fluent in English writing/speakingNice to have :Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Web Proxy, NACKnowledge about SOC activitiesUnderstanding SIEMCome along on CMA CGM’s adventure !Quick Apply
