We’re proud to be Canada’s leading provider of broadband network and communication services for businesses and governments.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions Specialists – Enterprise Central Ontario, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of the client’s wireless needs. You will be accountable for all sales related revenue/ subscriber related activities associated with products, services, solutions, contracts and sales proposals.The Business Wireless & 5G specialist supports and sells to a wide range of accounts across all verticals to provide connectivity, network architecture and other complex business solutions. Strong sales cadence, planning, and forecasting will be a prime skill-set to enable success. Understanding technology and selling solutions that are more dependant on technical elements is the key. Knowledge about system integration, network architecture, application requirements, etc. will be important.Key Responsibilities:Manage an Enterprise based sales portfolio and travel to the various client sites across Ontario to gain new insights to the client’s needs and build new wireless opportunitiesProactively participate in the up-selling and raising awareness of various Bell products and servicesDrive 5G awareness and salesAttain fiscal revenue / subscribers and profit objectivesAct as the authority for wireless solutions and collaborate with Client Executive who has account ownershipLead development of ongoing wireless account plan, taking into consideration marketing strategy and client business objectives your accountsClient Executive and Wireless Specialist will co-ordinate RFP deliverables for contract retention based services (supported by RFP team) for accountsDetermine ROI target on any new wireless opportunities within the accountsEngage Wireline Client Executive to initiate renewal conversations, build TAS ( Target Account Selling) deal maker assessments utilizing the Salesforce.com tool, coordinate contract addendums, prepare and present proposals to clients, draft agreements to signatures on high share accounts.Develop strategies and tactics which leverage competitive advantage and profitability for accountsPrepare and conduct formal group presentations at the senior management levelDevelop and present proposals including cost justifications and business cases for integrated solutions which represent high value for the Client and profit for the companyLead the creation of Client offer process (internal business case) and manages approval steps for high share accountsLeverage Serve organization to support your accountsProvide expert consultation on concepts, products and servicesCommit to continuously learning by researching and learning new technologies, both internally and externally, to provide single point of contact to the Client in the sales process for high share accountsCritical Qualifications/Competencies:Demonstrated 2+ years experience in B2B account management or sales consultant roleInstinctively comfortable with prospecting new business in new and existing accounts through research and networkingStrong ability to partner with cross functional teams in a matrixed environmentPossess a valid driver’s licenceHigh proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and ExcelDemonstrated strength in understanding and influencing team dynamics vision and full grasp of business issuesPreferred Qualifications/Competencies:Post graduate degree preferred2+ years experience in a B2B Account Management or Sales Consultant roleBusiness Enterprise and Process KnowledgeProficiency in Salesforce CRM toolBilingualism is mandatory (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: ManagementJob Status: Regular - Full TimeJob Location: Verdun || Canada : Quebec : Dorval || Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : Quebec : VerdunFlexible work profile: MobileApplication Deadline: 11/02/2021Please apply directly online to be considered for this role.
