Successful execution of this will enable the Business to deliver on its customer promise while providing a consistent, complete, and rich candidate experience leading to increased referrals and ultimately contributing to WSP’s competitive advantage.RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTSAs directed by Lead, execute upon sourcing strategies to achieve maximum timely resultsFollow and adhere to the Diversity Sourcing planConsistently provision the “In Demand” Talent BanksConduct pre-screenings and interviews and ensure they are carried out per process and complianceConduct post-interview debriefs (candidates) and document/communicate results to the Regional Delivery Lead and potentially other stakeholdersHandle internal candidate experience and redeployment activitiesProvide Prospects and Candidates with a rich, consistent, and engaging experienceAdd to, and update the External/Internal Talent Intelligence Maps on a regular basis to ensure readinessFollow hiring lifecycle processes and workflowParticipate in posting development and evolutionInterface with staffing vendors as requiredEnsure Taleo (ATS) is used, mined and requisition notes are updated consistentlyParticipate in social sourcing and marketing via LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other specialty job boards, etc...Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting activities with integrity and professionalismParticipate in Career Events (Virtual & Live) as directedIn collaboration with the Regional Delivery Lead, deliver offers per protocolRespect requisition fulfillment SLAsParticipate in regular alignment meetings with team and LeadConsistently seek process improvement areas and make recommendationsCollaborate with Coordination, Compliance & Reporting Hub team and Employee Experience team as requiredAny other related tasks as directed by ManagerQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of progressive recruitment experience as an individual contributor within a staffing agency or in a corporate professional services settingOperates well under pressureDemonstrated achievement in sourcing hard-to-find skillsetsExcels in a dynamic and transformative environmentDemonstrates a “One WSP” mindset and acts as a WSP Ambassador in and outside workLives the values of WSP and possesses a natural passion for consistently delivering customer service excellenceHighly resourceful, energetic, articulate, credible, professional, and knowledgeable within the professional (engineering preferred) services environmentResults and accountability-driven with a good balance of emotional intelligence, time/priority management, and influenceUniversity Degree and/or proven related experienceBilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken is a definite asset and is also essential if operating within the province of Quebec.#LI-BK1Offers of employment for safety-sensitive positions involving fieldwork are contingent upon candidates being able to perform key physical tasks of the job as described in the job posting and interview.
