We’re proud to be Canada’s leading provider of broadband network and communication services for businesses and governments.The commercial sales team is currently looking for a dynamic and innovative individual for a Specialist, Sales Activity Development & Tracking role. This position is an essential part of the sales team and reports to the Senior Manager, Operational Planning. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring our success. They will be responsible for developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable sales activities and practices.Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Analyzing the effectiveness of existing sales practices through a sales lifecycle – identifying strengths & opportunities and documenting benefits and risks to business objectives
  • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data to accelerate on our 4 sales motions : Acquisition, Upsell, Cross-Sell & Base Management
  • Collect and analyze process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices that focus on enhanced selling momentum, increased productivity and reduced cost of acquisition
  • Creation of new sales tactics, developing and implementing an innovative performance management model to improve sales conversion
  • Establish a good game plan to determine how new information technologies can support reengineering of sales practices
  • Project implementation to increase sales / quality and measure return on investment
  • Design, track and interpret key performance indicators and analytical models driving channel strategy and productivity. Proactively recommend and establish short and long range action plans
  • Influence onboarding of new reps, ensuring they become proficient in wireless and wireline selling within 6 months of hiring
  • Perform live call monitoring to assess effectiveness of sales strategies and pitches
  • Shadow sales representative in their day to day operations, teaching sales representatives best practices
Essential skills and abilities:
  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of Bell Mobility and Bell Canada Commercial products
  • Creativity, ability to be original and adapt to transform the business
  • Excellent sense of organization, autonomy and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, more specifically Excel
  • Post-college education or equivalent
  • Bilingual, French and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
  • Experience in the development of analytical models and proficient with statistics
  • Experience in Sales, change management
