By partnering with filmmakers to unite their creative visions, with our industry-leading craftsmanship and artistry, we create characters that connect with audiences on an authentic and emotional level to bring powerful stories to life.Description du posteIdentifier, définir, prioriser et implémenter les étapes des processus créatifs spécifiques qui amélioreront les outils créatifs de la production.Créer, développer et construire un consensus entre les départements de Technologie, Art et Gestion de la Production afin de réaliser la vision du ou des Réalisateurs.Travailler de pair avec les Ressources humaines et le Producteur CG afin de définir les priorités de recrutement et trouver les talents adaptés au projet.Travailler avec les départements de technologies, de Look développement et de la production afin de définir et de produire des objectifs de recherche et développement pour la production.
