Job Description

Explorance offers innovative Experience Management (XM) solutions because we believe that each experience matters.The Tableau Data Visualization Analyst performs analyses of large data sets to better understand trends, relationships between variables, and to formulate predictive insights. The analyst is responsible for developing relevant data visualizations and interactive dashboards to demonstrate the performance of clients’ learning programs. The candidate must be proficient in communicating their results with the Explorance North American Consulting team who will present the results to the external client.What you will do as our new Tableau Data Visualization:

  • Conducts analysis of survey data for the Explorance Consulting team
  • Uses Tableau to create pre-defined data views and reports
  • Finds patterns, trends in the analyzed data, and creates relevant charts and graphs
  • Creates Tableau templates to streamline the analysis process and reduce the time to produce client visualizations
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations from Tableau reports
What you need to succeed in the role:
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in analysis and visualization of large data sets (preferably with survey/people data)
  • At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, formulas, macros, vba, charts/graphs
  • At least 2 years of experience using Tableau for data analysis and visualization
  • Experience using Excel or other data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, R) to clean, join, restructure, and validate large complex data sets
  • Experience presenting data to internal stakeholders using Tableau and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working remotely with a globally dispersed team
