  • Construire et maintenir les relations avec les potentiels talents pour construire un réseau dans l’Industrie et atteindre les objectifs actuels et futurs. Promouvoir Technicolor et sa culture d’entreprise.
  • Pré-sélectionner les candidatures pour assurer la pertinence, l’éligibilité pour un visa et présenter les détails salariales et disponibilités pertinentes aux chefs de départements pour évaluation.
  • S’assurer que tous les candidats aient reçu un retour sur les décisions prises et les points utiles pour leur développement, en accord avec la stratégie global.
  • Préparer les offres qui satisferont les attentes des candidates et positionner le niveau de qualification avec le salaire et travail dédié, en accord avec le salaire cible.
  • Assister aux événements de recrutement et tournée de présentation pour représenter Technicolor de façon positive et professionnel en tout temps. Collecter les informations efficacement et mettre à jour la base de données.
  • Être un ambassadeur de Technicolor avec la communauté d’artiste globale et apporter des informations claires, précises et inspirantes aux potentiels talents. Conduire et/ou supporter la stratégie future et autres initiatives.
  • S’assurer que le processus d’intégration de tous les nouveaux employées soit fluide en prodiguant toutes les informations nécessaire aux Ressources Humaines.
  • Faire la liaison avec les Ressources Humaines et la Gestion des Équipes pour assurer que toutes les exigences légales soient respecter et que l’expérience d’embauche de nos candidats soit positive.

  • Manage a high volume recruitment
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective talent in order to establish a network in the industry to meet current and future hiring needs, promoting the Technicolor attitude and working lifestyle.
  • Pre-screen applications for suitability, visa eligibility and present all relevant salary and availability details to department heads for review.
  • Ensure that all candidates are fed back to appropriately ensure that they have clear understanding of the decision and points for their development in-line with our global brand strategy.
  • Prepare offers, which meet candidate expectations, and align the skill level to the correct salary band/job, in line with department salary targets.
  • Ensure optimal candidate experience at all times
  • Attend recruitment events/road shows ensuring that Technicolor is represented positively and professionally at all times and that artist information is collected effectively and updated in the recruitment database.
  • Be an ambassador for Technicolor within the global artist community and provide clear, accurate and inspirational information to prospective talent. Drive and/or support the future talent strategy and associated initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth on boarding of all new employees by passing all relevant joiner information to HR.
  • Liaise with HR and Crew Management to ensure that all legal requirements are being met and that the entire candidate experience is positive.
