With your expertise in talent acquisition, you’ll help us recruit top talent and develop our practices.Your roleAct as a coach and resource person to help recruiters develop strategies to attract and recruit diverse talent poolsManage incoming recruitment requests and direct them to the appropriate poolsPlay an integrator role for your talent segment by acting as liaison between the business lines and recruitersProvide expert support to HR stakeholders and our team on questions related to talent (talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, internal mobility, workforce planning, strategies by talent pool, headhunting, market data, compensation offers, etc.)Suggest solutions for the various issues addressed and collaborate with the team to implement themHelp managers to determine their recruitment needs and optimal work structure and organizationIdentify passive candidates and maintain a pool of potential talents for senior positionsDetermine, plan and manage initiatives related to the diversity and inclusion strategy for recruitment and attraction within your talent segmentThe acquisition team is based in downtown Montreal and focuses on strategic recruitment for all of Canada. Comprised of twenty-two passionate recruiters, it divides its mandates between three teams: client relationships, technology, and corporate. Mandates are divided primarily into job categories, and team leaders ensure the day-to-day management in agile mode. Taleo and LinkedIn are the main recruitment tools used.
