Meanwhile, banks that partner with Flinks to implement open banking drive product innovation, adapt their culture, and move ahead of their competition.About the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Recruiter to enable and sustain Flinks’ impact on Open Finance. Our technical teams are the creative powerhouses that enable our innovation in the financial industry. The ideal recruiter will be a pathfinder themselves – able to attract and identify the right technical change-makers for Flinks.What you’ll be doing

  • Focus on hiring within technical teams, including engineering, data science, and IT operations
  • Build business partnerships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and identify competencies and roles to fill those needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting; from establishing needs, sourcing and headhunting, to offer management
  • Conduct application screening and pre-screening calls
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers when it comes to best interview practices, offer negotiation, and market best practices
  • Work with others in the People Operations team to improve processes and implement best practices to hire and retain top talent
  • Support other people-related functions as needed from time to time, such as onboarding, employer value proposition development, DEI initiatives, etc.
About You
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in technical recruiting
  • Able to communicate technical requirements for Flinks’ engineering, data science, IT, and related roles (entry level to executives)
  • Authentic interest in people’s careers and finding the right career path for them at Flinks
  • Does not shy away from a challenge, learns from experience, and is able to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to navigate a variety of platforms to find candidates, with creativity in novel ways of reaching talent
  • Self-driven and able to connect personal impact to team and organizational goals in a high performance environment
