En vous joignant à MHIRJ, vous collaborerez avec une équipe flexible, dynamique et unie.Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :

• Supporter l’implantation de notre ERP SAP S4HANA et participer au développement des processus
• Participer activement et fournir l’expertise au cours de l’implantation
• Développer tous les processus reliés à l’utilisation du module EWM de SAP
• Gérer, auditer, adapter et assurer l’utilisation adéquate des processus
• Jouer le rôle de Super User du ERP S4HANA
• Développer les besoins et émettre les rapports de gestion appropriés
• Gérer le développement et l’implantation d’outil systémique requis par l’équipe afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et l’efficience des processus de gestion des entrepôts et du matériel localisé aux centres de service
• Supporter les activités de gouvernance
• Encadrer le développement d’initiatives de gestion de l’inventaire inactif ou en excès par l’analyse causale, le développement de plan d’action et le suivi de projet

Compétences clés :

• Vous possédez un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou en ingénierie, avec un minimum de (5) années dexpérience pertinente.
• Vous démontrez de l’expérience en analyse de données, gouvernance de processus et développement de présentation.
• Connaissance et/ou expérience avec le logiciel SAP est nécessaire. L’utilisation des modules de SAP S4HANA est définitivement un avantage.
• Idéalement, vous avez acquis une expérience pertinente en amélioration continue, gestion de projet et/ou une certification de type CPIM. Expérience Six Sigma et formation en gestion de projet sont considérés également comme des atouts pour ce rôle
• Vous possédez des compétences supérieures avec les outils MS Access et MS Excel
• Vous démontrez un bon jugement ainsi qu’une capacité d’adaptation à un environnement de travail dynamique comprenant souvent plusieurs priorités en compétition
• Expérience dans le service après-vente du secteur manufacturier serait un atout. Comme atout supplémentaire, bonne connaissance de l’environnement d’affaire des pièces de rechange en Aéronautique
• Vous avez un fort sens organisationnel ainsi que de gestion du temps vous amenant à rencontrer les objectifs à temps, de façon constante
• Vous êtes en mesure de pouvoir gérer plusieurs projets à la fois et de respecter des délais serrés
• Vous possédez d’excellente aptitude de communication (Français et Anglais), de présentation et démontrez de l’entregent

• Vous êtes disponible pour des voyages mensuels aux États-Unis (Entrepôt et centres de service)

• Support the implementation of our new SAP S4HANA ERP system and participate in the processes development
• Actively participate and supply expertise during the implementation
• Develop all processes associated to the EWM module utilization
• Manage processes, audit, adapt and ensure proper usage
• Actively play the role of Super user of the S4HANA ERP
• Manage development and implementation of systematic tools improving efficiency of warehouse management and material located at the service centers
• Support reporting improvement and governance activities
• Organize a structured methodology to help managing excess and obsolete inventory and support development and follow-up of an action plan

Key qualifications:As our ideal candidate,

• You possess a University degree in Business Management or Engineering with a minimum of 5 year of relevant experience.
• You have demonstrated experience in business analysis, governance and presentation building
• Experience in Aerospace and preferably Aftermarket would be considered an asset
• Knowledge and/or experience working with SAP is a must. Working with SAP S4HANA modules would be an asset
• APICS certification, Six Sigma experience, project management training, and CPIM certification are considered valuable assets for this role.
• You are a team player with a strong sense of initiative, responsibility and good judgment
• You are able to manage several concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines
• You think quickly and creatively in a fast-moving and changing business context
• You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (French and English)
• You are proficient with Windows applications at an advanced level in MS Excel and MS Access
• You are available for monthly travelling in the US (MHIRJ warehouse and service centers)
