We think globally, but act in our own backyards.Build your future with Maplesoft’s exciting technologies, deep partnerships, personal approach to consulting services, professional development opportunities and exciting company culture.Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist for our Federal Government client.The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the ClientUnder the direction of the Director, BusinessAnalysisamp; Systems Support• Provide project management and business analysis services to various initiatives on the Financial Marketsand Operational Resilience• Organize and coordinate project planning sessions• Work with the sponsors and leads on the different initiatives to achieve the expected scope/outcomes• Prepare the documentation and assist with the various sessions• Ensure documentation is complete, well organized, and consumable by downstream stakeholders.• Summarize the results of each session and ensure risks and gaps have been well identified and accepted• Represent the finding of the session using a risk base approach• Other related activities and deliverables, as requiredRequired Qualificationsamp; SkillsThe Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:• University degree or college diploma in computer science and/or project management• A minimum of (5) years demonstrating experience in project support or coordination• A minimum of (2) years of demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders acrossdepartments• Demonstratedexperiencein managing scope and timelines• Demonstrated experience coordinating and facilitating large group sessions to gather information withindividuals at a senior level• Demonstrated experience in dealing with operational risks, and mitigations.Additional QualificationsThe following will also be considered:• Demonstrated ability to organize effectivelyMaplesoft Group prides itself on its distinct corporate culture and recognizes that success is a direct reflection of our most valuable asset - our people.
