Job Description

Job Title: OpenText/GCDocs Technical AnalystJob Type: Full-time, OnsiteIbiska is a consulting organization, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced OpenText/GCDocs Technical Analyst to assist our Federal Government Client.As an OpenText Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client’s OpenText environment to ensure seamless operation and efficient utilization of the platform. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and enhancing OpenText solutions that align with the organization #39;s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OpenText technologies, extensive experience working in Canada, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5years of experience working with OpenText technologies in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of OpenText products such as Content Server, Document Management, Records Management, and Workflow.
  • In-depth understanding of content management principles, information governance, and document lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in OpenText administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining OpenText workflows and templates.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise content management best practices and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering OpenText projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Canadian residency or citizenship is required.
