Reporting to the Office Manager you will assist in a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the interaction in the organization both internally and externally are positive and productive. Along with typical office support, duties will include assistance with payroll and HR related tasks.What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Teams).
  • Knowledge and experience in HR and dealing with people.
  • Familiar with SharePoint
  • Experience with Smart Sheets is an asset
  • Must have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Professional, polite, and attentive
  • Ability to learn and thrive in an environment that changes in systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with being a creative problem solver
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people in a positive and encouraging way
  • Ability to facilitate training and onboarding of new hires
  • Experience with HR related tasks are a bonus
