Work from Home and Set Your Own HoursPosition DescriptionAre you tired of commuting to work and having no flexibility Tactical Sales Solutions Inc - a well-established Canadian Lead Generation firm is looking to hire a responsible, motivated and hardworking Lead Generation Specialist to join its team! The Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in nurturing and developing top quality sales leads for our clients and partners in the IT industry. We have a number of callers that take advantage of the flexibility in working hours, we are ideal for anyone who enjoys this flexibility and independence (examples are stay at home moms, students, and semi-retired individuals and enjoy talking to a wide variety of professional prospects).Responsibilities

  • Business-to-Business lead prospecting, generation and nurturing for the IT industry
  • Cold calling to probe IT professionals, present various IT solutions and gather sales intelligence
  • Re-qualifying leads from webinars, trade shows, events, mailers and other sales activities
  • Appointment setting and event recruiting for specific campaigns
  • Objection Handling
  • Some research and administrative tasks, as required
  • Reporting, as required
Required Skills & Experience
  • Prior inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment, or Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting or lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and upbeat tone, able to engage high level management, decision makers and influencers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Computer Components such as ERP, Flash Storage, Backup, NVR and SAP.
  • Excellent probing and intelligence gathering skills
Other Requirements
  • Basic understanding of IT and sales industry is considered an asset, but not required
  • Previous experience working with a CRM considered an asset, but not required
