Chateau St. Michaels is a 93 room personal care home which is located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, offering independent living and intermediate care suites.We are currently seeking qualified candidates to assume casual position of cook.Reporting to the Chef, the cook will be responsible for the following duties: preparation and delivery of meals and snacks for residents according to planned menus, prepare foods for therapeutic/specialty diets according to planned menus, ensure proper food handling and storage techniques, adhere to time schedules for service of meals and snacks, follow and comply with health and safety legislation and safe job procedures.Must maintain kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times and perform other duties, as assigned.The successful candidate will possess Food Safe certification, WHIMIS and provide a clear criminal record check. Scheduled shifts may include weekends hours.
