You will provide individual and group performancecoaching to enhance and/or sustain their high levels of performance, to help them perform consistently andunder considerable stress and adversity. In addition, you’ll assist with other targeted strategies for optimizingmetal performance, including the development of online learning, social media and website content and memoryaides.The Mental Performance Specialist plays an integral role in making the healthy choice the easy choice forCanadian Armed Forces members.
