About the roleReporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure that the quality of the Nexii product as well as the business goals of the company exceed client’s expectations. We’ll lean on you to make sure the Quality Management System is fully implemented throughout our Moose Jaw manufacturing plant. Safety administrative duties will also be part of your duties as well as any other administrative tasks related to production that you may be asked to do.What you’ll need:
  • Experience and/or training in IS09001 with the ability to assist with the implementation of the documented QMS, coordinate QMS training and conduct Internal Quality Audits.
  • The ability to motivate employees through the setting of clear expectations as set out in the QMS and ensure compliance and enforce all QMS requirements and standards.
  • Strong understanding of administrative duties for safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations of the plant.
  • Ability to receive and process completed production documentation and to follow through on all non-conforming reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify potential production problems and recommend measures to the plant manager to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience and training in a manufacturing setting and ISO standards
  • Experience coordinating QMS training and conducting Internal Quality Audits
  • Experience implementing and following Health and Safety Guidelines
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, to ensure productivity and efficiency
