About the roleReporting to our Production Supervisor, you’ll have the opportunity to implement, manage and optimize production efficiency and capabilities in order to meet the tremendous demand for our product by leading our production team. We’ll lean on you to develop strategies and systems that will grow our production capacity to its maximum potential, all while working within the cost objectives and profitability goals set by Nexii. Day to day, you’ll collaborate with our Plant production managers and corporate manufacturing team to build a plant that operates at its highest possible capacity in both production quantity and quality, and more importantly, a plant production system that can serve as a blueprint for all Nexii plants in the future.What you’ll need:
  • Experience in modular manufacturing and construction production plants
  • Manufacturing plant management experience
  • High level understanding of cash-flow management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead dynamic teams in a world-class manufacturing environment under tight deadlines and heavy schedules
  • Ability to develop, implement, and review manufacturing strategies in a large-scale plant
  • Ability to identify problems, visualize ideal solutions, and implement those solutions in the most meaningful way
  • Desire to seek out more optimal methods of manufacturing, and the will to continuously evolve and shift from outdated ways to new, better ways
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
