Job Description

S&P Data Digital is expanding our Retention Team and looking for Full Time Retention Sales Specialists.We are hiring Full Time Retention Sales Specialists to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you are responsible for:

  • Fulfilling needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders.
  • Addressing complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or savings.

  • Solving unresolved issues for customers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Retaining and building relationships with customers who are at-risk of leaving the service
  • Analyzing customer behaviours to understand the reason for cancellations to proactively resolve issues
  • Developing strong retention and negotiation strategies based on customers’ feedback
  • Working in a goal-oriented environment (i.e. customer retention, sales targets, call duration time, and quality assurance)
  • Approaching service and sales needs with perseverance, integrity, and compassion
  • Creating a positive experience for every customer to ensure customer loyalty and brand advocacy
What you bring:
  • 1-year experience in a call center required
  • Retention and Sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
  • Technical aptitude to be able to navigate multiple application/platforms simultaneously
  • Available to work on a flexible schedule; days, evenings, and weekends, to meet customer demand
  • Laptop/desktop with Windows 10 a hardwired connection to a modem (min 8GB memory, Windows 10 computer, antivirus software, antispyware software, second monitor and 15up/6down internet speed)
  • USB Headset with microphone
Important Details:Your Shift: 40 hours per week 5 days a weekSet schedule given in between the hours listed below
  • Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
  • Saturday - 8:00am to 10:00pm EST
  • Sunday - 9:00am to 10:00pm EST
  • Program operates 7 days a week, including all Canadian and U.S Holidays as scheduled
  • Base wage $16.70/hour + Commission (Earn up to $60,000 annually)

  • Bring your own Device program: Windows 10 computer, Windows Defender Enabled or Anti-Virus software, Windows Firewall Enabled, Connection MUST be hardwired to router, No WIFI(Ethernet cable), Headset with microphone (USB), Built-in or extended Webcam, Internet Connection 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload, 8GB Physical Memory (RAM)
