Job Description

Are you a driven and motivated team player Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your organizational skills if so we want you to apply.We are seeking to hire a Site Administrator in Belle Plaine with strong Microsoft Excel skills to support our team on site. The Site Admin will support the project by ensuring proper communication and efficient flow of time data entry and other related administrative tasks.This position is a temporary position set to start early January 2022 with three additional positions in early spring. Expected end date is July 31,2022.This is a local based job in Belle Plaine, not camp or LOA.What you’ll be doing:

  • Receive packing slips, work tickets, and rental slips and enter the data in the system.
  • Create purchase requisitions.
  • Work with Operations and Supply Chain Management to facilitate differences and required Purchase Order Adjustments.
  • Receive invoices and perform the 3-way match.
  • Enter time for the field employees.
  • Tracking purchase orders and daily costs in excel logs.
  • Handle reports for Key Performance Indicators.
  • Archive data.
  • Facilitate corrections.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
  • Have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, or are in enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program.
  • Have experience in Microsoft Excel, MS word and blue beam. Great Plains experience would be an asset
  • Have experience in the oil and gas industry an asset.
  • Enjoy working with other people and have effective communication skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Understand and exercise discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances while on the job.
  • Demonstrate initiative on identifying and taking on projects and tasks.
  • Clean drivers abstract and H2S alive is needed.
