Job Description

Moosomin Dodge is looking for an accounting clerk.ARE YOU:

  • Organized, systematic and a relationship builder
  • Organized and looking to expand your skills with a high volume, premium branded automotive dealership
DO YOU HAVE:
  • A strong, hands-on knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ongoing schedule reconciliation including: Warranties, Floor Plans, Inventories and Vehicle Receivables.
  • Processing and scrutiny of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Daily, ongoing posting of deals
  • Ongoing reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Assistance with payroll preparation and processing
  • Previous experience with CDK or CT Wizard would be an asset.
