The incumbent functions under the goals, objectives, core values, and policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud. This position includes resource development with elements of research application and integration, and policy and procedure development as it relates to promote an optimal standard of safety for clients and staff. The incumbent is proactive in identifying and meeting her/his own learning needs as well as those of the other health professionals within Southern Health-Santé Sud. Travels include Red River Valley Lodge and Emerson Health Centre.Qualifications
