Responsibilities for Guest Service SupervisorResponsible for the daily operations of the guest services, including training all guest service staff and leading by exampleAnticipate and handle any guest requests to the highest level of standardComplete and maintain an inventory report to record room bookings and vacancies, or other related reports requested by managementAssist in the monitoring of the budget to provide top quality customer serviceSchedule guest service staff and supervise workload during shiftsAct as liaison between management and staffAnswer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide clear and concise informationAssist with development of packages, promotions, events and staff incentivesQualifications for Guest Service SupervisorHigh School Diploma required, advanced degree in hospitality related field preferred2 years of previous guest service management or supervisor experience is preferredExcellent leadership, management, and team building skillsMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timePreference will be given to individuals experienced with RoomMasterPreference given to candidates with experience in remote livingJob Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$22.00 per hourHow to ApplyExpiring: Sep 30, 2021Email: gm@halcyon-hotsprings.comQuick Apply
