Job Description

Integration Developer- MS BizTalk - Service New Brunswick Location: Remote, New Brunswick (Monday Friday, 8:15 AM 4:30 PM, Atlantic Time) Position Type: ContractService New Brunswick (SNB) is seeking a talented Integration Developer - MS BizTalk to join our Systems Integration Services team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk to ensure seamless interoperability between Government of New Brunswick systems. Collaborate with IT professionals and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, remote environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integration applications using MS BizTalk, ensuring alignment with business needs and data integrity.
  • Design, configure, and deploy integration solutions within the BizTalk environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for high availability.
  • Produce and update solution documentation using SNB templates.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the SNB Systems Integration Services team.
Mandatory Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or IT certification from a recognized community college (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of IM/IT experience.
  • 3+ years developing integration solutions with MS BizTalk Server.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Desired Skillsamp; Experience
  • 3+ years with BizTalk 2013/2016/2020, including webservices/APIs, File/FTP, database interactions, and secure authentication.
  • 5+ years engaging SMEs for requirements elicitation and process definition.
  • 3+ years designing/implementing application integrations.
  • 3+ years with C#, .NET, XML, and XSLT.
  • Experience with HL7 v2x interfaces in BizTalk (asset).
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) (asset).
  • Experience migrating BizTalk solutions to iPaaS environments (asset).
