Job Description

Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Accounting Analyst (12 month term), reporting to the Accounting Manager. This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa MB.Your days will include:

  • Preparing reports using production information as determined by the company
  • Preparing and ensuring that all metrics and reporting processes support the production effort
  • Assist in reviewing and strengthening all SOP’s, directives, and protocol within the finance department
  • Assist with preparing weekly and monthly business unit information for reporting and analysis
  • Develop new tools, metrics, and SOP’s as assigned
  • Create and import daily production entries
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets of data
To succeed in this role, you possess:
  • Grade 12; College Diploma in Business preferred
  • Office experience in Accounting would be an asset
  • The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
  • The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule
  • The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem
