Job Description

Sales StudentsAre you looking to gain hands-on experience in a unionized manufacturing facility Do you want to work for an innovative company that will invest in your potential Welcome to HyLife; Canada’s leading pork producer. Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Sales Student for May–August 2023. This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa.Your days will include:

  • Providing superior customer service by managing a variety of different accounts and understanding each customers unique shipment requirements.
  • Ensure timely order entry and respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Manage and track multiple orders, collaborating with various departments to organize shipment planning.
  • Proactively problem-solve to exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist the sales team with specific sales tasks in domestic markets.
  • Manage and gather information for daily and weekly sales and customer service reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
To succeed in this role, you need to possess:
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program.
  • Passionate about building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Easily adaptable to change and a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and related programs (Excel, Word).
