Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Export Documentation Clerk, reporting to the Documentation Supervisor. This opportunity is located in the community of Neepawa.Your days will include:

  • Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments originating in Canada to global destinations
  • Ensure that all documentation meets Canadian export regulations and global import regulations
  • Act as a liaison between the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and customers
  • Assist with the details of shipments with forwarders and carriers
  • Responsible for Canadian Automated Export Declaration filing
  • Process shipments on Fed Ex and Purolator system
  • Produce labels and other documents for export shipments
  • Complete online marine insurance certificates
  • Work with Logistics, Inventory, and Planning teams to resolve issues
  • Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
To succeed in this role, you possess:
  • Must possess sound computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
  • Possess strong English written and spoken correspondence skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • A passion for meeting deadlines and taking a proactive approach to workload
  • People skills and enjoy problem-solving
  • Be able to manage flexible hours, as required
  • Ability to work independently or in a group
