Job Description

(Posting).To be responsible for accurate and timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, validation of data and perform quality review and process fulfillment ensuring client requirement are met. (1.) To order inventory based on weekly usage and maintain resource and asset protection practices to control sensitive and perishable client inventory. (2.) To organize, prioritize and prepare printed documents (letters, envelopes, coupons, checks, enclosure) and shipping material and fulfill all outgoing material based on client instructions. (3.) To perform data entry function such as key in alphaornumericorsymbolic data from source documents into various software programs, ensure correctness and completeness of all outgoing material. (4.) To perform quality review of completed material(selforpeer #39;s), prepare outgoing material and billing invoice for mailorpostage processing and prepare and submit electronic reports for total completedorrejected output. (5.) To maintain company safeguards to protect confidential client information, identify and communicate erroneous, inaccurate, andoror inefficient outputorprocesses to leadership and participate in problem resolutions.
