Job Description

We #39;re seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company #39;s growth. As we continue to expand our operations, we #39;re looking for a proactive and innovative individual to lead our recruitment efforts.The day to day. Working out of our new Headquarters in Burnaby, you will be responsible for attracting top talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our management and support staff roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing goals. You #39;ll also be guiding our onboarding processes and supporting new staff as they join our team. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, a passion for connecting with people and the ability to thrive in fast paced environment.What you bring.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • At least 1+ years of experience in recruitment of professional roles and headhunting.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
