Job Description

Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers.
  • Be able to work in a faced paced work environment.
  • The go between customers and colleagues for best practice solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and or e-mail, Build relationships and trust with customers during open interactive communication in a timely and clear concise manner.
  • Strong phone/e-mail contact handling skills and active listening skills.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow up and follow through on customer inquiries.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with suggestions for improvement whenever possible.
  • Familiarization and Assist customers with product knowledge.
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task, Prioritize and manage time effectively to trouble shoot and resolve customer issues, and or create solutions for overall customer experience/Loyalty.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
