As our Sales Team Lead for Vermeer, you #39;ll lead the team while maintaining vital relationships with our major accounts.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales results and exceed objectives.
  • Develop strong client relationships and find creative solutions.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage sales budget and provide accurate forecasting.
Talent Management Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to HR practices and procedures.
  • Implement staff performance reviews, development, and succession planning.
  • Train and develop the team.
  • Maintain efficient staffing levels and promote our values.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Strong forecasting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Recruitment skills.
Training, Education, and Experience:
  • 5+ years of successful equipment sales experience.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales team management experience.
  • Valid driver #39;s license.
Compensation Package:
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (based on skills and qualifications).
  • Commission (if applicable).
  • 3 weeks of vacation.
  • Extended benefits.
  • RRSP matching plan.
  • Company car.
