Park-Aid Asphalt & Maintenance is looking for an Experienced Asphalt Raker in our Asphalt Division. All work will be done in the Edmonton and surrounding area. Travel may be required based on position and department. Successful candidates should be hardworking, self- motivated and enthusiastic team players, willing and ready to work with all personalities. Candidates must have a priority for safety.ResponsibilitiesDuties would include raking Asphalt assisting in other Asphalt related duties on the job site.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, and strenuous movements.Must be able to work outdoors in areas that are dusty and dirty.QualificationsMinimum 1+ years’ experience of Asphalt Raker; must have experience running similar paving equipment such as rollers, skid steer.Driver’s License (minimum Class 5)CSTS 2020Own transportationHours of WorkDays, Evenings, and Weekends. Hours are based on the needs of our clients and scope of jobs. Overtime after 8hr/day & 44hr/week.Working ConditionsDustyWeather conditions vary: Hot, Cold, Windy, RainWalk and stand for long periods.Extended work hours with overtime will be required.Class 5 (or higher) Driver’s License.Wage based on experience.SafetyAt Park-Aid Safety is our top priority!
