Job Description

Job DescriptionNorthern Lights Supply is the first retail Cannabis store in Nisku located 5 minutes from the airport. Our goal is to provide a unique and exciting experience for each customer that comes through the door.We are hiring part-time Budtenders for evenings and weekends with a strong background in retail or customer service. The perfect candidate will be knowledgeable about cannabis, passionate about our products, and will help make Northern Lights Supply an exciting environment for our customers and our team.*Applicants must have Sell-safe and Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW) prior to applying.

  • Assist each customer in finding the right and most suitable product;
  • Greet all customers as they come into the store;
  • Educate customers on different products, strains and consumption methods;
  • Handle cash float;
  • Restock inventory as required;
  • Help in maintaining a clean store;
  • Provide excellent customer service.
The kind of Candidate we are looking for is:
  • Customer service orientated;
  • Able to learn quickly;
  • Has an energetic personality;
  • Is knowledgeable about our products, strains, and consumption methods;
  • Can work well in a team environment;
  • Has the ability to multi-task.
Experience and Requirements:
  • Sellsafe (please have prior to applying);
  • QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker);
  • Reliable transportation;
  • High School Diploma;
  • One year minimum of customer service experience.
