Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers’ business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with the right parts and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns.The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Inside Sales responsibilities
• Directly engaged in all sales activities
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of the company’s service offerings
• Prospecting for new customers and demonstrate product benefits
• Build ongoing relationships with customers
• Responding to customer product inquiries both in person (branch) and via phone/email
• Providing support to the outside sales force
• Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Demonstrate a strong administrative skill-set with preference given to those who have previous experience in an administrative role
• Self-motivated
• Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed
• Interest in customer satisfaction and desire to provide excellent service always
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Analytical and problem solving capability
• Computer literacy with focus on Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP
• While not a prerequisite, proficiency in the following is considered an asset:
  • Experience using SAP in a Sales environment
  • Experience with Bearing and Power Transmission products
  • Experience with Fluid Power products
  • Experience with Fluid Conveyance products
