Job Purpose: Cleaning and maintaining restaurant hygiene and satisfactionJob Responsibilities: 1. Sweeping/ vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.2. Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuum, mops, and other cleaning tools.3. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.4. Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils into dish machine.5. Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.6. Empty trash containers regularly7. Clean food preparation and storage areas8. Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.9. Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.10. Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.11. Scrubbing walls, ceiling tiles regularly.12. Assisting in putting away grocery ordersJob Skills: 1. Must be knowledgeable on cleaning chemicals2.
