Job Description

We are currently seeking an Equipment Administrator. Working out of our Nisku office, the Equipment Administrator is responsible for maintaining equipment records and assists to keep the Company compliant with the Department of Transportation laws as applied to the construction business.Whats the role:

  • Monitors service intervals of all equipment by means of PM-Bs, CVIP, and recall tracking;
  • Review and verify timesheets and timecards for field and shop mechanics for completeness;
  • Complete data entry of payroll related information and enter these details in workshop report;
  • Manage the equipment supplies and service requirements by working with the Senior Purchaser and Shop Supervisor;
  • Working with the Equipment Team, manages and maintains Equipment Division records and information requirements pertaining to equipment maintenance and repair;
  • Shuttle fleet vehicles for scheduled services and pick up parts as needed;
  • Performs a variety of data entry and general filing duties in a neat and orderly manner;
  • Understands and familiarizes themselves with the transportation requirements in order to check documents for duplication, missing, incomplete or incorrect information;
  • Performs internal audits to ensure that laws, policies and procedures are followed.
QualificationsWhat do we value:
  • Minimum 1-3 years related work experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Valid class 5 license with clean drivers abstract
  • Background in customer service
