Job Description

Job Summary:The Field Service Technician is required travel to customer locations and is responsible for commissioning, servicing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and tear down of specialized equipment related to shop service equipment. Travel is required when work is performed in the customers shop.Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong business relationship with existing clients
  • Responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Diagnose problems and advise operators on how to properly maintain equipment
  • Address issues as they arise
  • Communicate with a Manager regularly, on all aspects of service
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience) :
  • Experience in a mechanical repair environment
  • Hydraulic experience would be an asset
  • Driver abstract required
