Job Description

SummaryThe Human Resource Associate (COVID-19 Response) provides support to the COVID-19 emergency response efforts. This is a 12-month temporary role with the potential to be extended. This position will support Precision’s COVID-19 protocols and information tracking for all employees. This role will also assist in overall HR administrative duties and project workResponsibilitiesRetrieval, entering, tracking and maintaining data as neededWorking with employees and local health regions to answer questions and concerns pertaining to COVID-19Tracks employees testing, quarantine periods and vaccination data to ensure protocol complianceMaintaining and managing employee information and records in accordance with policy and compliance requirements in database and software systemsReviewing documents submission for accuracy and complianceAnalyzing and interpreting data and preparing reportsCorresponding regularly by email and telephoneAssisting with electronic filing and retrieves documents, records, and reportsSupporting the Human Resources Office with administrative coordination, and special projectsOther duties as assignedKnowledge & SkillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalExcellent organization and time-management skillsStrong attention to detailProficiency in MS Office and general office equipmentIntermediate Excel skills requiredStrong interpersonal skillsMust be accountable for sensitive and confidential informationEnsure compliance of processes and procedures to comply with protocolEducationDegree in Human Resources or related disciplineExperienceExperience in a large, diverse organization is desirableQuick Apply
