About UsForce is a rapidly growing leader in tubular inspection and repair whose success is founded on its uncompromising personal commitment to customer satisfaction in the delivery of quality solutions.About UsForce is a rapidly growing leader in tubular inspection and repair whose success is founded on its uncompromising personal commitment to customer satisfaction in the delivery of quality solutions.About the PositionReporting to the Yard Manager, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible managing all tubular inventory for the Nisku branch. This role works alongside the Loader Operator, Production Coordinator and the Yard Manager to ensure optimal job execution in the yard.Your Duties

  • Manages yard resources, equipment and tubular inventory with new & existing customers.
  • Acts as the main contact for pipe movement within the yard.
  • Conducts physical inventory of tubulars and maintains a high level of inventory accuracy and addresses issues or discrepancies when necessary.
  • Tracks inventory utilizing in house computer system.
  • Updates and informs customers (internal and external) with completed shipping and receiving reports.
  • Implements efficient storage methods yielding ready accessibility of inventory.
  • Handling weight up to 50 lbs.
  • Complies with Force Inspection’s Health & Safety program and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years related inventory control experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Experience with computerized Inventory Control systems.
  • Forklift / Loader ticket is an asset.
