Job Description

PARK2GO Value Valet is Calgary & Edmonton International Airport’s only off-site valet parking service providing both business and leisure travelers over 13 years of quality service. To continue offering the best possible parking experience available, we are constantly evolving and growing to meet the needs of our 25+ team members and the needs of our customers.To meet those and the constantly changing needs of our traveling guests during this unprecedented and always changing market. Park2Go Value Valet is seeking a full-time Location Manager based at our Edmonton location. Closely working with the VP of Operations based out of Calgary, the Location Manager will oversee all guest service interactions, prepare and manage weekly personnel scheduling needs, work hands-on managing frontline personnel, guest experience while maintaining a safe environment for our team members, and our valued guests.The ideal candidate will thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment where focus on team member care, service excellence, and recognition is paramount. Your experience with frontline team members is one of the most fulfilling parts of your past roles.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery through various workgroups.
  • Manage the resolution of customer service issues.
  • Prepare a weekly plan to meet estimated demands for required staff and schedule accordingly.
  • Manage and direct staff in various workgroups to ensure optimum service delivery.
  • Schedule shuttles and driving personnel
  • Ensure fleet compliance & preventive maintenance strategies and policies
  • Maintain a safe environment for team members and guests through abiding by and enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
  • Review the weekly/daily staffing needs/correct and adjust according to actual demand versus projected and where necessary, for unforeseen absenteeism.
  • Recruits select and onboard team members in various workgroups.
  • Understand, implement and follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory experience preferably in an operations or customer service setting.
  • Post-secondary education or 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Superior leadership, communication, guest relations, and employee relations skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and delegate to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and escalate serious concerns where necessary.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and understand inventory-based vehicle tracking POS, reporting and identifying deficiencies
  • High-level experience in Microsoft Office programs including very well versed with Excel and database management etc.
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid class 4 drivers license with a clean abstract. [no required at the start but, must obtain in the agreed timeline.
