Candidate must be able to perform all aspects related to Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) and Rotating Control Devices (RCD). Candidates must be able to rig up, maintain and operate all MPD and RCD equipment on the rig site and at the operation facility when required.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Opla.Responsible to rig up, operate and troubleshoot the MPD equipment at the job site or operations facility.Ensure all paperwork and HSE requirements are met and complied with.Responsible for the maintenance of the MPD equipment at the job site and operations facility when required.Understand green tagging, in casing test, and all other operational activities required on location or in the operations facility.Must Comply with all documented procedures for the MPD equipment on location.Know how to install and remove bearing of RCD.Must be physically able to perform all field operations relating to the MPD equipment and be willing to learn Oplas MPD Smart™ software.Troubleshoot all electrical/electronic components and repair/maintain chokes and other mechanical equipment as necessary.Perform all duties regarding MPD and Opla assigned by management or supervisors within the physical demand of the job description.Qualifications And Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of Managed Pressure Drilling experienceAvailability to be on-call, work outside normal business hours and travel as requiredMust be willing to travel to remote work locations and possibly to other countries.Good communication skillsGood interpersonal & leadership skillsWillingness to learnHelpful and highly motivated with the ability to prioritise workloadsHow To ApplyWe provide a dynamic working environment that encourages professional growth, and personal development opportunities for career advancement.
