Job Description

SummaryThe Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for several day-to-day administrative functions.Responsibilities

  • Enter Level III Inspections into SAP once verified by Field Superintendent
  • Assist in M0 notifications to correct operating days on equipment list
  • Provide support on notification process and outstanding notifications
  • Retrieve, format and provide Rig equipment lists for review to ensure they are accurate and up to date with correct operating days
  • Provide equipment lists of rigs to operations team for review and help streamline the process
  • Provide detailed reports on upcoming Level III inspections, BOP re-certifications
  • Provide up to date ETR information on outstanding, incorrect and deficiencies in the ETR process to better streamline correct equipment tracking. This will help ensure ETR’s are completed in a timely manner to reduce the likelihood of M0 notifications
  • Assist in preparing and identifying high costs areas by rig and provide to Field Supt for a deep dive review
  • Assist in distribution of weekly, monthly rig and crew performance charts
  • Assist in taking notes for meeting minutes for various committee’s (Monthly Verification, SOP’s, DROP’s, NOVOS, Rig parts Improvement, Etc.) to establish a consistent documentation method
  • Assist with formatting and building speaking notes, preparing presentations for Rig Manager meetings, Cold starts, Pre-Spuds and Customer presentations
  • Assist in scheduling customer meetings, KPI meetings and material for review.
  • Assist in compiling data and equipment transfers for Decom projects
  • Fleet trucks – Buy, Sell, track, and maintain 115 fleet trucks for the DSC and the Field. Must be able to create work orders & WBS requests along with PR/PO & GR for services needed on vehicles. Must work with Element to track gas and other expenses put on fleet cards.
  • Create ETR’s for Field Superintendents and HSE department when needed.
  • Upload Certifications, Permits and Inspections for certain departments (i.e. Boilers).
  • Assist Rig Managers/Senior Drillers when they call with issues regarding Fiori, Unvired, Forms App, Power BI, and other PD managed apps and systems that the field would use. Ensure that the field uses proper coding for PR’s and if needed request a service or material code to be added. (Field First Support)
  • Upload Certificates/Permits for certain departments such as Boilers
  • Various reports
  • Work with mobility to set up and troubleshoot cell phones for employees at the DSC and for Field staff.
  • Work with IT and the Field Superintendents regarding coordinating setup and send-off for Getacs and Laptops for rigs.
  • Generate various reports (Morning Report, MOC Report)
