Job Description

The Project Administration Lead is responsible for providing effective leadership to a project administration team. The individual performs project administration activities including but not limited to maintaining project documentation, project reporting, billing, payroll, financial reporting and administrative requirements.Responsibilities

    • Leading team of project administrators and managing their work flow
    • Training, development, performance management of project administration personnel
    • Acting as the subject matter expert on administrative processes
    • Review accuracy of project information
    • Develop check lists, Key performance Indicators and work procedures.
    • Process verbal and written instructions to effectively assign work effort to the team
    • Job is performed in Brock’s Office in Nisku Alberta. Business travel may be necessary.
Knowledge and Skills
    • Negotiation, leadership, motivation, accountability and responsibility.
    • 5 to 10 years of project administration work experience
    • Community college diploma or equivalent training. University degree is an asset
    • Proven experience leading and engaging project administrator teams
    • Advanced project administrative, coordination and organizational skills
    • Ability to maintain accurate data
    • Strong attention to details
    • Ability to extract and compile data into reports
    • Ability to resolve complex organizational and technical problems directly or through others
    • Ability to communicate effectively with others for the purpose of providing feedback, conveying information, data exchange, clarification and follow up
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications in particular, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
