NTS Amega West is part of the NTS Group who is a global leader in the manufacture and rental of Oil &Gas drilling equipment and downhole tools for vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling. NTS Amega West is also pioneering design improvements for enhanced drilling performance with powder metallurgy and other high end manufacturing techniques. NTS Amega West is based in Houston, Texas and operates facilities in the US and Canada. NTS Amega West, is currently hiring for a position based out of its Nisku manufacturing facility.DISPATCHERPRIMARY FUNCTION: Act as a liaison between NTS Amega West and the customer. Perform other duties as directed my management personnel.PRIMARY DUTIES· Respond to customer inquiries for rental tools· Check inventory and communicate to customers if requests can be met.· Review customer purchase orders/tool requests.· Plan for Materials as per customer needs and communicate to purchasing.· Discuss schedule as per customer needs with Shop Manager or Shop Supervisor.· Need to be able to be On-Call and readily available during specific designated times.· Need to be able to operate Overhead Crane equipment and Forklift in order to access rental tools· Other responsibilities as defined in QHSE Management System.REQUIREMENTS· High School graduate or GED certification,· 1+ years of related experience a plus· Customer service experience preferred.· Must be able to operate computer programs necessary for NTS Amega West day to day functions.· Requires good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to use good judgment and have an understanding of supply management and inventory.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25.00-$30.00 per hourJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $28.00-$32.00 per hourSchedule:
