We currently have an opening for a dynamic, innovative and ambitious Rentals Territory Representative to join our team!! This position will be based out of our head office in Nisku, Alberta.Flaman offers advancement opportunities within the company, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, RRSP plan and a positive workplace environment! We have a strong customer service focus and believe in making things better, one customer at a time.We’re looking for a Rentals Champion! This individual must be personable, a master at establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clientele, and have the ability to juggle several tasks or projects at the same time. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in the operation of agriculture equipment and trailers, have extraordinary organizational skills and detail oriented.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain close working relationship with existing rental dealer network
  • Proactive problem solving and trouble shooting
  • Identify areas for company growth – new dealer recruitment and set-up
  • Staff and dealer training
  • Communication with other territory representative and department manager
  • Remain up-to-date with product knowledge and share knowledge with dealer network
  • Prioritize tasks and/or projects for completion within designated deadlines
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Maintain ethical behavior
  • Travel is expected
  • Overtime will be required during busy seasons
  • Bring your enthusiasm and positivity to work
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experience
  • Post secondary education (preferred)
  • Minimum 3yrs previous experience in sales
  • Knowledge and experience in agriculture industry
  • Computer competency, proficient with word, excel & outlook
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Professional, team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals
  • Have a clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check
  • Have a great sense of humor!
