profab welding is a small welding fabrication shop provider of high-definition plasma cutting, forming and machining is currently hiring for a skilled sale representative & Business Developer . The successful candidate must posses the heart, determination and dedication to ensure the entire operations flow runs smoothly and efficiently – from receipt of quote request to outgoing shipment. The role requires a careful balance between office work and shop presence, as required.What We Offer: · Competitive salary· Day Shift· Full-time hours· Potential for bonus, based on performanceJob Duties: General: , strong sale experience and knowledge of the welding and fabrication market · Proper balancing of priorities between office and shop· Resolving customer concerns or requests, including updating order status· Material sourcing and procurement management· Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback to employees· Ensure adherence to legal and company policies· Undertake disciplinary actions, as required· Active participation as an integral member of company Health and Safety team· Ensure employees are following safe practices and operation of machinery at all times· Other related duties as requiredPerform ERP functions including, but not limited to: ,sale · Quoting· Order generation· Work Order generation· Invoice generation and submission· Heat Number / MTR inputting, recording and reconciling2D and 3D CAD and CAM functions including, but not limited to: · Part creation· Interpreting drawings· Programming machines· Nesting parts for laser and plasma machinesAssist and advise in both developing and implementing strategies for business growth of: · Existing service offerings· New service offerings· Product development· Acquiring new customers· Increasing existing customer sales· Improving upon any industry and customer concentration.cold sale call and email contacting new potential customer.leading the company saleJob Requirements:· Previous experience leading a team· CNC plasma cutting experience· Experience within the steel industry, preferably steel plate processing· Familiarity with CNC programming, machining· Familiarity with Press Brake programming· Strong work ethic and the ability to learn a variety of duties within a fast-paced environment· High attention to detail - ability to catch mistakes before work hits the shop floor· Ability to read, interpret and redraw 2D and 3D CAD· Ability to interface directly to clients and have a familiarity of the sales cycle· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Proficient operation of MS Office and SolidWorksAdditional Capabilities (not required, but an asset): · Diploma/ Certificate in management or relevant discipline will be considered advantage· Millwrighting experience· Welding experience· Knowledge / familiarity with equipment/ machinery repair and maintenance· Experience with safe operation of forklift· Knowledge of safe overhead crane operationBenefits:. the job is bass in salary but the major pay is from the sale commotionExperience:
