Job Description

  • Accountability for all forms and documented standard operating procedures are being provided consistently with each job
  • Compliance of all service work orders with Operations Process
  • Accurate and timely billing for internal, external and jobs
  • Adhering/compiling to the respective communication touch points through the service process
  • Manage customer interactions by responding to coming service, warranty and customer inquiries, telephone calls, informing customers of repairs, service reports and estimated time of completion of job in compliance with Service Commitment.
  • Respond and manage all incoming service, warranty and customer inquiries
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with service related policies
  • Advises customer on additional options/repairs
  • Open and close work order files
  • Manage all work order data entry including parts entry, time entry and technician action ticket entries
  • Finalize and document all information in the customer work order file
  • Compile customer information, machine information, warranty information, review customer account and credit limits prior to start of repairs
  • Ability to look up parts using multiple OEM parts catalogues, paper or digital
· Compile complete internal and external quotations for component repairs and equipment Develop processes to meet or exceed OEM specifications and quality
  • rebuilds.
  • Ability to compile equipment repair parts lists with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
  • Heavy Equipment Technician Red Seal Ticket or Journey Person Parts Person Preferred
  • 3+ years of office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively within cross functional teams
  • Attention to detail, efficient time-management and effective planning skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
