Job Description

Flaman Group of Companies is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team in Nisku as a Service Advisor. Flaman believes in people working together, doing whats right to make a difference. We have a strong customer service focus, and we believe in building strong relationships with our customers. We are looking for experience but will look at entry level for the candidate.The Role:

  • Welcoming customers, discussing their needs, and updating customers,
  • Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone,
  • Prepare work orders by detailing the units problems or symptoms,
  • Service check-ins/walk arounds,
  • Opening/Closing work orders,
  • Write repair estimates,
  • Prepare invoices,
  • Admin duties and assist Service team.
