Job Description

Flaman Group of Companies inthe Nisku area is looking for a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic person to join our Trailer Sales department.Flaman offers training, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, RRSP plan and we allow you to grow your own career! Our team has a strong customer service focus and we believe in building strong relationships with our customers.The Trailer Division Marketing Administrator will work out of our Nisku location but will be working directly with all of our locations across Alberta.Their primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):· Providing office support to the Trailer team and collaborating with all departments within the organization· Maintain all website posting including taking pictures, and compiling all written content· Assisting in Inventory management and control· Maintain social media sites· Ensure all product in or yard is clean and properly displayed.· Monitor manufacturer rebates and advertising programs· Completion of warranty registrations· Work closely with the service department to ensure all service requests are processed and all timelines are met.· Manage and order all marketing materials· Assist Marketing department with changes to ads for print/ digital advertising.· Ensuring the showroom is kept up to date in respect to product information, brochures and signage.· Assist in covering reception breaks and holidaysSkills and Qualifications:· Basic computer knowledge is a must· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, word etc.), and Outlook· An eager and motivated attitude.· A willingness to learn new things and to help out other team members.If you have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and you share in our belief in making things better one customer at a time, then apply today to join our team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $22.00 per hourBenefits:
